Niche Marketing – How to Find Hot Niches That Will Explode Your Profits
When you are talking about the internet and niches you are talking about ways to drive up the profits of your website. Pretty much, when you are marketing something on the internet you have to know who is going to be willing to buy it.
This means that you have to know who you are marketing to, and this is sometimes called your niche. Pretty much a niche is your part of the internet that you try to sell your ideas to. The best way to find your niche is to look for what kind of person is going to use your product or service.
For example, if you are marketing video games, you are going to know that your niche market is between the ages of 8 and 25, depending on the games you are selling. You would not try and market your games to people in their 60's, because those people are less likely to play games.
When looking for your niche market there are a few things that you should look at that can help you choose where to market your ads. First, you need to look at who is more likely to use your product, male, female, or both. After that you need to look at what age range is more likely to buy it. Usually you are not going to come up with a certain age, but usually a range of ages.
Maybe people in their 20's are more likely to like your idea, or their 60's (it all depends on what you are trying to market). Next, you need to look at what race is more likely to buy your product. Should you be marking to whites, African Americans, Mexican Americans, and so on. Knowing what kind of people is more likely to buy your product will ensure that you get more people to buy it, and you can focus your money on that group of people.
Do keep in mind that people that are in your niche are a lot more likely to buy from you, however, that does not mean that other people will not. So it's important to not cut off people that are outside your niche market. Just because mostly teens play video games does not mean that someone in their late 50's or 60's does not. This is important to keep in mind.

Carsharing: Overview of the Independent Market
Despite the majority of the carsharing market BEING ruled by the major car rental companies and automakers (Avis Budget’s Zipcar, Daimler’s Car2go, Enterprise CarShare and Hertz 24/7), there is still room for small independent carsharing companies to make their presence in their markets — or in the case of overseas operators, expand in a market all by themselves.
